On Sunday, December 17, 2023, two Seychellois seminarians were ordained deacons in preparation for the priesthood. Christian Toulon was ordained by Bishop Alain Harel at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Port-Victoria, Seychelles. Emmanuel Boniface was ordained by Bishop Jean-Louis Papin, emeritus bishop of Nancy and Toule, at the Church of Saint Dominique in Saint Jean de la Ruelle, France.
On Saturday, December 30, 2023, Bishop Alain Harel, Bishop of Port-Victoria, Seychelles, instituted Aubrey Pon-Waye as an acolyte at the Church of Saint Antoine de Padoue in Anse Etoile.
